Energy Efficiency is a crucial key to energy security & its sustainability. It is
the low hanging fruit we must avail to optimize use of available resources to meet
our energy needs. The South Asia Forum for Energy Efficiency (SAFEE) is working
proactively to promote energy conservation and efficiency in Industry through informed
debates, awareness campaigns, policy research and advocacy. SAFEE also works to
promote energy access and equity for reaching out to the rural areas/people, who
have little or no access to commercial energy . As the new year dawns, we pledge
to take forward the mission of SAFEE with Agenda 2014 – Greening India with a focus
on clean & sustainable technologies for Industry, Green Cities and Green Villages.
We shall seek the support of all stakeholders and well wishers to associate and
align with our Mission for shaping a sustainable energy future. Wishing everyone
